Out of Hours

In Emergency please call 999

If you have a life threatening emergency or are experiencing chest pains and / or shortness of breath please dial 999

Out of Surgery Hours – between the hours of 08.00 – 08.30 or 18.00 -18.30

If the surgery is closed and you develop a medical problem that cannot wait until the following day please call `Wolverhampton Doctors on call` on 01902 902613 (Monday to Friday only)

NHS 111 Service

For all general medical advice please call 111. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobile phones

Walk-in centre

The Phoenix Walk-in Centre
Parkfield Road,

New opening hours are - 8am - 8pm 7 days a week

You can visit a walk-in centre without an appointment between the hours stated above

Urgent Care Centre

The Urgent Care Centre is based at New Cross Hospital above the Accident & Emergency department. They are open 24hours a day 7 days a week. No appointment required
