You can create an account to enable you to use the NHS app to view your medical record and also -
- Book and cancel appointments with the doctor
- Order your repeat prescriptions
- Access to your medical record (medications, allergies, test results, immunisations, problems, consultations)
- Online consult tool
To create an account on the NHS App, you'll need to download the app and register for an NHS login. You'll need an email address and mobile phone number to register. The process involves verifying your email address and phone number with security codes sent to you, and then proving your identity, often with photo guide to set up an account

You should first complete a form to sign up to our online service and hand it to the receptionist, with two forms of ID, one of which should have a photo (such as a UK passport or driving licence) and the other should have your address (such as a utility bill).
We will then process your application and an email will be sent to you with your login details. You will then be able to sign in to your selected online services by going to https://www.patientaccess.com
