Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.


If you develop a serious medical problem when the Surgery is closed and it cannot wait until the next working day between the hours of 6.00pm to 6.30pm  and 8.00am to 8.30am  please contact - Wolverhampton Doctors on Call on 01902 902613 - This number is in operation on the following days: 

Monday to Friday between 8.00am & 8.30am and 6.00pm & 6.30pm you need to call 01902 902613....

For the hours after 18:30hr until 08:00hrs including weekends and Bank Holidays you need to ring 111.....   Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobile phones.  If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999

The Out of Hours service is run by Wolverhampton Doctors on Call.  All contacts with the service are notified to the Surgery.

You may be requested to attend one of the Out of Hours Primary Care Centres, namely:-

Phoenix Health Centre,
Parkfields Road,
WV4 6ED.
Opening times are 10.00am to 7.00pm Mon-Fri and 9.30am to 4.30pm Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays. There is a Pharmacy on site open from 9.00am to Midnight Monday – Saturday and from 9.00am to 8.00pm on Sundays.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
